From the moment we arrived, Hotel Number Nine struck us as something truly unique. It wasn’t the classic Tuscan villa or Renaissance palazzo you might expect, but instead a stylish, sophisticated retreat that felt intimate, exclusive, and very much in the moment. The members’ club atmosphere added this special layer of privacy — it made the evening event feel warm, refined, and full of character. For anyone who loves a chic, modern take on Florence, this property really delivers.

What stood out just as much was the team. General Manager Andrea Policari and everyone we encountered were exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. You could feel the care in every interaction, and that kind of service makes all the difference.

The food throughout the stay was consistently good, with thoughtful quality and presentation. Breakfast in the conservatory felt especially charming, bringing a bright and unique start to the day. The creative use of spaces throughout the property adds to Hotel Number Nine’s distinctive character, offering guests a fresh and memorable take on the traditional dining experience.

Boarding the Superyacht felt like stepping into a whole new chapter of the trip — one where time slowed down and every detail was designed for pure enjoyment. From the very start, everything about the experience was excellent. The crew set the tone right away with their warm hospitality, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and refined. They struck the perfect balance between polished professionalism and genuine friendliness, which made us feel instantly at ease.

Life on board carried a natural rhythm, with an easy, welcoming energy that made each moment feel effortless — whether it was sharing a meal on deck, enjoying the sea views, or simply soaking in the calm of the open water. It was a lifestyle as much as an experience. Every detail, from the service to the surroundings, felt thoughtfully crafted, creating moments of ease and enjoyment throughout the journey.
