Day 3

Morning

Alternatively, take the scenic Cork route and stop at the iconic Rock of Cashel, followed by a cozy pub lunch at Mikey Ryan’s Bar in Cashel, where you can experience authentic local hospitality.

Arrive at The Five Star Europe Hotel & Resort, beautifully situated on the shores of Lough Léin, Killarney’s largest lake overlooking Ireland’s highest mountain range. Day 4

Morning

Day 5

Morning

After a delightful breakfast, begin your journey to County Clare, taking the scenic car ferry from Tarbert to Killimer across the River Shannon—keep an eye out for playful dolphins along the way. Once you arrive in County Clare, drive along the breathtaking Wild Atlantic Way, heading toward the magnificent Cliffs of Moher. Here, you can enjoy a guided walk to fully appreciate the stunning views or simply take in the beauty of the surroundings at your own pace.

Afternoon

Enjoy a charming lunch at Vaughan’s Anchor Inn, where you absolutely must try their delicious fish and chips. Another favorite is Homestead Cottage, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Doolin, perfect for both lunch and dinner. Afterward, explore the Burren Perfumery, a lovely spot to discover the unique scents of the region, or perhaps visit the charming Caherconnell Sheep Farm for a true taste of Irish countryside life.

Evening

Arrive up the avenue to Dromoland Castle, where the grandeur of the castle stands proudly ahead, with a serene lake in front, creating a truly magical arrival. Day 7

Morning

After a lovely breakfast, it will be time to say goodbye. If you're flying from Shannon Airport, you’re just a quick 10-minute drive from the castle. And don’t forget, both Shannon (SNN) and Dublin (DUB) Airports offer U.S. Pre-Clearance. That way, you’ll land in the U.S. as a domestic passenger, skipping long immigration lines and making connections a breeze. If you’re heading to Dublin Airport, it’s a smooth 2.5-hour drive from the castle, or just 40 minutes if you’re coming from The K Club.
